Cali & Devin 5-26-07

Last week Lynette and I had a special treat in that we spent the afternoon at Cheekwood with one of our brides.  We were shooting "Bridal Elegance" footage for Cali's and Devin's wedding video.   This will be a special chapter added to the DVD that highlights the Bridal Portrait Shoot.  Our good friend and talented photographer, Derrick Pierce, of D. Pierce Studio, is their photographer. He and Laura were nice enough to let us hang out with them for the day.  We always have fun when we work with Derrick and Laura, and that day was no exception.

Cali looked beautiful in her dress, and Derrick got some great shots, as did we.  Cali couldn't stop smiling throughout the entire shoot, and it wasn't even her wedding day yet!  She's just a happy person in general -- and what's not to be happy about when you're in a gorgeous wedding gown on a sunny day at Cheekwood??!!!  The atmosphere was light and fun, and we were all laughing and having a good time. 

The photo above is the only one I can post from the day's shoot since we wouldn't want the groom to see the bride in her dress before the wedding day.  We're looking forward to their wedding at Cheekwood on May 26!
